Guest Garage deletion

If you are using GaadiSure without an account, your saved garage is linked to an opaque guest garage cookie in your browser. You can remove a single vehicle or clear the full guest garage from the My Garage page.

• Remove vehicle deletes one selected guest vehicle from the current guest garage.
• Clear garage deletes the current guest garage vehicles and clears the guest garage cookie.
• If the browser cookie is deleted or unavailable, GaadiSure may not be able to connect that browser to the same guest garage again.

Account and document deletion

When account login, document locker, uploaded policy, RC photo, PUCC, receipt, service report, or fleet features are enabled, users should be able to request deletion of those records subject to lawful retention, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, payment, or compliance requirements.

What to include in a deletion request

To help us locate your records safely, include your name, contact email or phone number used with GaadiSure, the type of data you want deleted, and whether the request relates to guest garage, account, documents, payments, support, or fleet data.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card details, full chassis number, full engine number, or any unnecessary sensitive information.

Correction and grievance requests

If your request is about correcting inaccurate data, removing uploaded documents, or raising a privacy complaint, use the contact or grievance page. Vehicle-source data may need to be corrected at the original provider or official-source level where GaadiSure is not the source of that record.
